I’m based in NYC striving to impact on people’s lives. Most recently, I worked for Sam’s Club to improve their associates work flows and increase efficiency of inventory management. Prior to Sam’s Club, I created end-to-end digital banking experiences at Citi. I’m always open to create more engaging and meaningful experiences.
Fine art has a special place in my heart. I was not sure why art sparked so much interest in me, but I truly enjoyed drawing and coloring. Art definitely taught me to view the world in different perspectives and pay attention to details.
Industrial design planted me what it means to design - solving a problem rather than only creating something aesthetically pleasing. ID built a foundation of ‘focus on users’ in my design work. I want to listen to user’s stories to understand and empathize.
I truly believe UX has a power to let the voices of voiceless be heard and empower them.
